This means investing in talent, technologies, and tools that empower you to own your career.Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded.Responsibilities:PPKM Certificate holder is preferred.Preferred candidate will have proven experience in Corporate Banking sales, or back-office settlement experience may be an added advantage on top of Treasury sales experience.Manage option-related treasury product knowledge like FX, Money Market products & some plain vanilla derivative products like Interest rate swap / Cross-currency Swap deals and proposals.Prepare presentation materials for Foreign Exchange (FX), Rates, and solutions for front-office Relationship Managers to pitch to clients.Analyse customer volume and profit patterns to develop effective strategies for maximizing profit.Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.Train and guide junior dealers and colleagues from other departments.Promote treasury product offerings to both internal and external clients.Identify and implement opportunities to enhance process and task efficiency including handling special projects and tasks.Strong and demonstrated client facing skills; able to clearly communicate and influence clients and business partners over the phone/virtually and in-person.Address and resolve operational issues as they arise.Keep abreast with relevant market, economic and financial developments to identify business opportunities.Requirements:Minimum 15 years of work experience in Financial Services or the Treasury management field.Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc).For Communication skill, we prefer candidates who have good command in English proficiency, while Mandarin/Japanese may be advantages only.MUFG Bank Ltd & MUFG Securities Asia Limited (collectively referred to as "MUFG") is an equal opportunity employer.
