We're committed to creating unmatched digital experiences around the globe with offices in San Francisco, New York, Lagos, and Lahore, Pakistan - and to further our mission to beachside in Türkiye.We are looking for a Video and Animator Expert to join our team at our Lahore Office.Come build with us!**Responsibilities**:- Conceptualizing ideas for characters, scenes, backgrounds, and other animation elements- Creating character sketches for new animations based on design briefs- Developing storyboards for animation projects- Designing backgrounds, sets, and other elements of the animated environment- Developing timing and pacing of motion, based on audio requirements- Working with the story editors to merge the various layers of animation- Recording dialogue for the animation, where necessary- Accurately use company branding assets (incl. Colors, fonts, etc.) to:- Develop completed and high-quality animations, in a timely manner- Develop expressive images and videos for clients while working with other creatives- Advise best practices throughout the design projects for example:- Common errors to point out in the design and animation QA processes.- Work with a wide range of media, after effects, graphic design, and animation software- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions- Adhere to voice and messaging specifications for animated pieces- Accept and work with feedback to create on-brand deliverables at every stage of work- Create expressive character animation portraying a wide range of emotions- Recommend the best approaches to integrate 3-D components into final commercial quality products- Create high-quality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion capture data- Give and receive constructive, creative feedback across teams- Collaborate with other animators, clients, and producers- Create prototypes and mock-ups of new types of products- Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, with the ability to produce concept sketches and quick concept edits- Comprehend and execute direction from the lead animator or animation supervisor- Collaborating with the client and production team members to understand needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create and edit animations.- Using software and other techniques to produce animations.- Listening to feedback and altering animations to better suit client needs.- Using creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form.Skills Required:- Proven experience as animator- Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion and computer-generated animation- Experience in project management- Proficient in CGI software (Photoshop, 3ds Max, Maya etc.)- A creative storyteller with presentation abilities- Comfortable working with deadlines and budget restrictions- Teamwork and excellent communication skills- Degree in computer animation, 3D/graphic design, fine arts or relevant field- Bachelor's degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or related field.- More education, experience, or proficiency with specific animation software platforms may be preferred.- Portfolio.- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and computer skills.- Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques.- Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction.- Ability to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problems.- Proficiency in the English LanguageWhat we can Offer:- Excellent monthly compensation in USD- Evening and Night Shifts- Quarterly Bonuses upto 200% of the monthly salary- Health insurance- Paid time off- Parental leave- Referral program- Gym Memberships- Work from Home / Hybrid approach- Internet, Travel, and many more allowancesAbility to commute/relocate:- istanbul: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Benefits
