This includes everything from planning and storyboarding to filming, editing, and post-production.
Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, engaging video content that reflects our brand, communicates our message effectively, and connects with our target audience.In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with various departments to understand business goals, coordinate resources, and execute video projects that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
You will be the go-to expert for all things video, ensuring every piece of content you create aligns with our brand and marketing strategies.What you will do:
Plan and implement a cohesive video content strategy that aligns with StoreHub's brand identity, values, and business goals.
Create compelling video content that enhances brand visibility and engages our target audience across all platforms.
Manage the entire video production process, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
Ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets high-quality standards.
Assist with ad hoc photography tasks and other audiovisual projects, such as podcasts or webinars, to expand the breadth of our content offerings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure video content integrates seamlessly with broader campaigns and business objectives.
Adopt an experimentation mindset to test new formats, styles, and tools.
Leverage AI and other technologies to produce videos efficiently at scale while maintaining creativity and impact.
Measure the impact of video content using performance metrics and apply insights to improve future projects.
Continuously refine workflows to increase efficiency and content effectiveness.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of video production experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Familiarity with AI-driven content creation tools is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing branded videos, product demos, and creative projects.
Hands-on expertise in camera operation, lighting, and audio setup for video and photography.
Ability to balance creative vision with business goals and adapt quickly to new trends and tools.
Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple projects independently.
A mindset focused on experimentation, learning, and scaling successful approaches.
