Job Description: Conceptualize and develop video content ideas that resonate with the target audience and support the organization's brand and messaging.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Write scripts and develop storyboards for video projects.
Coordinate and manage video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and directing talent.
Capture and edit video footage using industry-standard software and equipment.
Ensure video content is produced within budget and deadlines.
Optimize video content for distribution on various platforms, including social media, websites, and streaming services.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and content creation.
Monitor video performance metrics and analyze audience engagement to continuously improve content strategy.
Maintain a library of video assets and ensure proper organization and storage.
To perform other duties as instructed by immediate superior or any other person / persons assigned by the Management.
Job requirements: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelors degree in media studies, Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Mass Communications, or a related field.

2 years of relevant experience in video production and digital media content creation.
Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Mandarin (To target Mandarin-speaking customers).
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Familiarity with animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) can be a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).
