Job Description:
We're seeking a talented Video Editor and Graphic Designer to create engaging and informative content for our tech-focused YouTube channel. You'll work closely with our programmers and video host/producer to craft compelling videos on AI, Laptops, Robotics, and other cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
-Edit and produce high-quality video content for our YouTube/Instagram/TikTok channel, including trade show coverage, hackathon, interviews, and tutorials.
-Create eye-catching thumbnails, graphics, and animations to enhance our videos.
-Collaborate with programmers and the video host/producer to brainstorm video ideas and develop the channel's unique style.
-Ensure consistent branding across all video content.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and YouTube trends.
-Optimize videos for engagement and discoverability on YouTube.
-Travel occasionally to other countries to gather video ideas, collaborate with other YouTubers, and attend tech events (expenses covered by the company).
Work Environment:
-Primarily remote work with flexible hours.
-Occasional in-office meetings for brainstorming and collaboration.

-Basic understanding of AI, UI/UX, robotics, and other tech topics.
-Ability to translate complex technical concepts into visually appealing content.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Passion for technology and staying current with the latest tech trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience creating content for YouTube or other social media platforms.
-Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
-Familiarity with YouTube SEO and best practices.
