**Video Production Designer**:We're looking for a creative designer with attention to details and hands-on ability to bring concepts to life with an eye for visual aesthetics.Not only do you craft concepts in your designs, but you'll also need to be able to recreate your vision on sets.**3 Best Things About The Role**:- You'll get to exercise your ideas in real life and make an impact on a wide array of brands across multiple industries.- You'll be exposed to different brand concepts, themes, and understand what goes into prepping a video shoot.- You'll work with a team of talented, passionate creatives.**What Your Day Looks Like**:- You'll be leading in concept designs and scene layouts in storyboards.- You'll be responsible for props set-ups and set designs for video productions.- You'll be the go-to person for product styling on set to ensure it is camera-ready.- You'll decide on props, locations, and wardrobe, and work closely with producers to ensure we are able to obtain them.- You'll guide us in aligning with understanding clients' art directions and when needed, conduct material research.- You'll be working closely with the Video team to ensure that we bring the vision in storyboards to life.- You'll be in-charge of props and wardrobe inventory.- You'll work with Servicing and Project Management teams to ensure creative ideas are executed according to the brief, are on-track and meet deadlines.**What You'll Bring**:- Required:- Minimum of 2 years working experience in related field.- At minimum, a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Design/Visual Arts or any related fields.- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.- Attention to details.- Basic handicraft skills.- A reel or portfolio of work demonstrating skills and abilities.- Good-to-have:- Experience with food styling.- Interest in latest visual aesthetics trends.- Photoshoot and video production experience.- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects of varying complexities, and work under pressure.- Excellent collaboration through great listening, written, and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work both independently and in a team.- Passion and dedication to your work.
