Join Thinkster Concept as a Video Director! We're on the lookout for a skilled videographer cum video editor to join our creative team. You'll work on producing engaging social media content and high-quality commercial/advertising projects that push boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Leading Brands: Work closely with top e-commerce and corporate brands to produce compelling commercials, social media content, and product videography.Creativity & Execution: Transform your creative ideas into reality, handling projects from initial concept through to post-production.Resource Coordination: Play a crucial role in organizing resources and ensuring seamless project execution.Project Management: Oversee timelines, keeping projects on track and hitting deadlines with precision.High-Quality Delivery: Ensure every piece of content meets high standards, coordinating pre-production, shooting, and post-production to match the vision.Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in advertising and media to create content that resonates with today's audience.Versatility in Production: Adapt your video production skills to cater to different target audiences and project needs, whether it's for social media or high-end commercials.What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years in product commercial and video production.Expertise in Production: Proven ability to manage video projects from planning to execution, particularly in commercial and corporate settings.Team Leadership: A team player who excels in leading production crews and fostering strong client relationships.Calm Under Pressure: Thrive in high-stress situations, handling multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.Production Workflow Knowledge: Deep understanding of pre- and post-production workflows to drive exceptional results.Innovative Mindset: We're looking for a creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and doesn't just follow the rules.Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.If you're passionate about creating standout content and want to be part of a dynamic and innovative team, we'd love to hear from you!
