**Job description****Requirements**:- **1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE**_- Familiar with TikTok Platform and Algorithm- Able to commute to workplace with public transport or own transportation- Problem-solving, creative, friendly, and a team player.- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.**Responsibility**- Filming video on set and on location- Working with creative teams and plan video shoots- Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment- Editing footage after recording- Adding computer graphics, closed captioning and special effects to footage- Preparing draft content that will attract the audiences.- Coordinate with live hosts to ensure they are available for their shoots.- Resolve content conflicts and make adjustments as needed.- Analyze the right time to post the video that will attract the views.- Provide feedback and guidance to live hosts to enhance their video.- Make daily postings on social media.- Prepare highlight trends video and work closely with live hosts to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement.- Ensure that live hosts have the necessary equipment for video shoots.- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimise disruptions on video posting.- Maintain open and regular communication with live hosts to address their concerns, suggestions, and feedback.- Act as a liaison between live hosts and the company, conveying any company updates, policies, or changes.- Stay updated on TikTok's policies and regulations for video posting.Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission payApplication Question(s):- Expected salary?
