Job ResponsibilitiesTo bake cake according to the SOP given by chef
To prepare ganache, whip cream, layer cake, and assemble cake
To decorate cake and ensure they are nicely presented to customer
Monitor stock, supplies or ingredients
Assist chefs in new product creations
Rotation of work in different departments including hot kitchen, cold kitchen, decoration, and packaging department
Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all time in work area
Must be willing to work 6 days per week, in our central kitchen at Kuchai Business Park, Kuala Lumpur
A hardworking person with strong self-discipline and pro-active
No experience can also apply, complete training will be provided
Previous working experience in a pastry kitchen will be advantageous
Must have own transport motorbike/car (public transport not convenient here)
After confirmation, you will have commission and profit sharing
