Videography Production Assistant/Admin

Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our customers by providing high-quality products that promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.As a Videography Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of video shoots and production processes. You will work closely with the videography team to assist with various tasks, from equipment setup to post-production support, contributing to the successful execution of video projects.**Responsibilities**:- Those without experience but interested in learning are welcome to apply; training and guidance will be provided.- Assist in the setup and breakdown of camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear before and after shoots.- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.- Assist in scouting and preparing shooting locations, including setting up props, backdrops, and any necessary arrangements.- Provide on-set support by organizing and managing equipment, props, and other production materials.- Help with framing shots, adjusting lighting, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of shoots.- Assist in coordinating talent and crew members, ensuring everyone is well-informed about the schedule and their roles.- Handle the organization and backup of video footage and assets during and after shoots.- Transfer and label media files for the editing team.- Collaborate with the editing team to assist in various post-production tasks, such as logging footage, creating rough cuts, and organizing project files.- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, booking accommodations, and managing shoot-related logistics.**Requirements**:- Prior experience or interest in videography or video production.- Basic knowledge of video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear is a plus.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and schedules.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From RM2,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Taman Desa Cemerlang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 05/31/2024
