**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:**
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and emails for team members.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- **Communication and Coordination:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among team members through timely updates and follow-ups.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, including track agendas, minutes, and action items.
- **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records and databases by entering, updating, and organizing information systematically.
- Assist with preparation for financial tracking and reporting, including invoicing and billing inquiries when applicable.
- **Project Support:**
- Help in managing specific projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Provide assistance in various tasks related to project management to ensure projects stay on track.
- **Customer Service:**

**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
- **Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
