Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this part-time role, you will provide essential administrative support and ensure efficient operation within the organization. #### Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative assistance, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files and documents.
- **Data Entry and Management:** Accurately enter and manage data in various systems and platforms. Maintain database accuracy and assist with data analysis as needed.
- **Communication:** Serve as a point of contact for internal teams as well as external stakeholders. Facilitate communication by answering queries and resolving issues as they arise.
- **Project Coordination:** Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables. Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- **Research:** Conduct research to support information gathering for projects, reports, or presentations. Summarize findings and present them effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- **Meeting Preparation:** Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for virtual meetings. Ensure that all necessary materials are distributed to participants in advance.
- **Social Media Management:** Assist in managing the company's online presence by scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking metrics.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks:** Handle special projects and any other duties as assigned.
#### Requirements:
**Educational Background:**
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
**Experience:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Experience with cloud-based software and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Strong internet research skills.
