Visual Merchandiser Executive

_**Job Scope**_- Work in partnership with team to implement corporate strategies in Malaysia- Plan and conduct regular store visits within the states to ensure corporate VM standards are well maintained- Manage the downtown, outlets and wholesale partner in Malaysia- Communicate and implementation of Corporate Training Guidelines to Stores and Wholesale Partners- Fully understand Luxury Fashion retail business and able to analyse the market and competitors in visual merchandising- Work closely with the Retail Team, Product Specialist and selected to complete the new seasonal launch, stock rotation and seasonal window installation in the stores- Review with individual Product Specialist on the Sell Through and to improve product placement in each store- Must be present for all related discussion, implementation, setup or changeover- Able to review Seasonal Model Store reports and submit relevant photos to Team- Must be able to execute Model Store locally and Wholesale partner stores independently- Bi-weekly rotation of deliveries/colour themes within Stores- Monthly rotation of deliveries/colour themes for Outlets and Wholesale Partners- Bi-weekly Mannequins change for deliveries/colour theme for all Stores- Set VM seasonal report tasks and ensure StorIQ via Portal submission are complete- Ensure Wholesale partners submit their Monthly Reports- Ensure Stores achieve Sell Through Target from Team- **Requirements**_- Diploma or Bachelor holder in Visual Design or related disciplines- At least 4 years relevant experience and preferably in international luxury fashion brand- Must have a good eye for merchandise presentation, interest in fashion, and a solid knowledge of fabrics and colour- Must be able to work closely with Retail and Merchandising department to support retail initiatives and objectives- A dynamic and mature personality- Excellent communication and organization skills- Good command of both written and spoken English- Willing to travel**For your immediate actions**Please text to the **011-23300694** for immediate inquiries by making the reference of the position of the Job Ad.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
