***- Require the individual to create window and interior displays in retail outlets, often in-line withcompany guidelines/ policy, with the primary aim of maximizing sales.- Ensure that displays are changed regularly and themes can be dictated by a number of factors, includingthe seasons of the year, notable events in the calendar (such as Valentine's Day or Christmas), currentfashion/ trends or promotional material.- Uphold and maintain VM standards of the stores in accordance with brand guidelines- Be an Ambassador for the represented brand and portray at all times a professional and customeroriented image.- Contribute to the profitability of the store with your merchandise handling, replenishment, andinventory control efforts.**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES*****Responsible to Create Interior Display and Window Displays in Retail Outlet- Create a retail environment that represents the brand using innovative and unique approaches toobtain a customer friendly atmosphere; maintain and grow a visual personality for each store that isreflective of the community in which it is located- Implement the company's visual merchandising directives throughout the store; such directives mayrequire some creativity in moulding them into being consistent with the particular store's goals andimage- Work with the Operations Manager/ Marketing Manager/ AVP Creative Design and/ or Director indetermining specific visual needs, such as fixtures, image photos, and point of sale materials for thestore- Maximising the space and layout of the store, installing and dismantling displays, using available spaceto the best advantage- Coordinate with Operations & Store Leaders to schedule appropriate time for floor set, shippingprocesses and receiving merchandise to make sure that merchandise is ready before being displayedfor sale in the store- Help to train the store team about design concepts, visual display standards, and the propermaintenance of the overall visual display effort- Guide customers browsing through merchandise placement and store layout to result in an eventualsale- Ensure all stores have necessary VM elements for all products and also to look into inventorymanagement and orders- Preparing for promotional events/ launches which could include contributing ideas for the whole setup and dismantling displays at the end of promotional period- To work closely with supplier for materials, fixtures, props and/ or other items for the store/promotions/ eventsEnsure Display are Changed Regularly- Conduct floor set with floor plan and share store photos with brand principal if requiredcorporate identity to support Marketing and Merchandising team that compliance with brand VMguidelines- Follow up on all VM related paperwork such as raising POs and submission of invoices- To have an organize workspace with good filing system, soft and hard copy- Perform additional duties as assigned by the superior
