Job Description Job Responsibilities:
Strengthen IKEA's uniqueness through visual merchandising solutions.Contribute to department action plans for business growth and profitability.Plan and implement relevant, affordable, and commercial range presentation solutions.Minimize disruption and ensure safety on the shop floor.Respect routines and responsibilities, work with the Com&In team, and understand financial impact of actions. Ensure high quality, simplicity, efficiency, and cost consciousness in planning and implementing range presentation solutions.Contribute to gathering insights about store layout and range presentation, translating this knowledge into relevant solutions.Stay up to date with knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing and trends in order to generate creative directions that inspire and surprise visitors with a strong visual impression. Qualifications 2 or 3 years of working experience as Visual Merchandiser in commercial and fast-paced retail industry with a design-based education.Good command of English (verbal and written).Passionate about home furnishing with able to do planning, implementation and improvement of range presentation.Computer proficiency i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), AutoCad.
