Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing attractive visual displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies and displays that align with the brand's image and objectives.
Create visually appealing window displays, in-store displays, and special promotions displays.
Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to support promotional activities and product launches.
Monitor and analyse sales data to inform merchandising decisions.
Ensure all visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across all stores.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Assist in training store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising.
Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in visual design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the retail industry, particularly in fashion.
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
Proven ability to create displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
