Voice & Imaging Support Engineer

Provide technical support for voice and imaging systems within the organization.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of voice and imaging equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to voice and imaging systems.
Collaborate with vendors and support teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Assist users with technical inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide training when necessary.
Ensure smooth operation of voice and imaging systems, including performing regular maintenance and updates.
Document and track technical issues, solutions, and improvements.
Requirements Experienced in Application Support for Avaya Unified Communication system.
Experienced working in L2 support for E-trading platforms Willing to work 24x7 on-call support
