About the DepartmentTheCompliancefunction is a strategic partner and trusted business enabler to the Board and senior management, ensuring that the Group continuously fulfills its regulatory obligations. We work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and assess regulatory risks and develop practical solutions that integrate regulations into operational requirements.
Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic Role
Review and enhance internal framework, policies, procedures, and processes for anti-bribery and corruption controls.
Advocate for the institution's anti-bribery and corruption compliance.
Create awareness within the institution to combat bribery and corruption risks.
Regulatory Advisory and Liaison
Advise on the interpretation of applicable regulatory requirements to ensure operationalization into policies, procedures, and processes.
Review and advise on the adequacy of controls and perform independent assessments against regulatory requirements.
Review and assess potential integrity issues including bribery and corruption for official corporate action.
Assist the Head of Regulatory Compliance in preparing reports for senior management and the Board regarding the significance of regulatory requirements.
Manage communications and dealings between the bank and regulators in the context of the Integrity and Governance Unit.
Job RequirementsDegree in any discipline; relevant certification is an advantage.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in an independent function or Integrity and Governance Unit.
Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to work well independently and in a team.
Able to multi-task and be agile.
