We're looking for more bright minds who'd love to change the world by solving complex problems.What you'll do:Develop and execute Osome's technical strategy to align with the company's overarching business objectives.Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous growth.Oversee all technical operations, including architecture design, coding standards, testing, deployment, and documentation processes.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Operations, Sales, and other departments to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Osome's applications and infrastructure, delivering reliable and robust solutions.Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Manage and prioritize the technical roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term innovation goals.Oversee technical budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.Represent the technology function in executive-level meetings and board discussions, effectively communicating strategy, progress, and technical insights to key stakeholders.Who you are:Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Track record of success in hiring, retaining, and developing top talent, with experience building and scaling R&D teams across Asia.Deep expertise in ERP/CRM technologies and enterprise-level applications, with a strong understanding of their impact on business operations.Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into innovative technical solutions.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and manage cross-functional teams.Hands-on experience overseeing the release of multiple product versions, ensuring continuous improvement and timely delivery of results.Our Benefits
