Responsibilities:Able to act independently and lead the team in origination & execution of equity fund raising deals.
Secure equity fund raising deal mandates to strengthen deal pipeline.
Execute equity fund raising deals (placing out shares) to generate fees.
Establish & maintain close relationships with corporate clients, buy-side clients, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all submissions and/or reporting, internally and externally, are completed within the stipulated timeline.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Finance / Business / Accounting / Economics / Banking or any other relevant field.
SC Dealing License (Module 6 & 7).
5-7 years of experience in ECM / CF / Equity Research / Equity Sales / Investment Banking.
Fund Management and/or any other related fields.
Well-versed in regulatory requirements pertaining to equity fund raising deals.
Excellent PowerPoint and writing skills for preparation of pitchbook, marketing, and roadshow materials.
Strong analytical & numerical skills to perform equity fundamental analysis, financial modeling, and valuation.
