Waiter

Job Summary:The Food & Beverage Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Restaurant and F&B Outlets. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Food & Beverage Waiter should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Duties and Responsibilities:- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials.- Ensure a positive dining experience for guests.- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.- Monitor guest needs and promptly address any issues or requests.- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.- Stay informed about daily specials and promotions.- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.- Handle food and beverages with care to prevent contamination.- Process customer payments accurately.- Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment in accordance with established procedures.- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.Stay updated on new menu items, specials, and promotional offerings.Qualifications:- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyHow to Apply:**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
