Waiter

The Waiter serves to assist with the daily food service operations within the senior living community, ensuring a high standard of service, resident well-being, and compliance with safety and dietary requirements. The Waiter's responsibilities include, but shall not be limited to: 
Greet customers and present menus.  Make menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.  Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.  Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure accuracy and timeliness of delivery.  Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely with great hospitality.  Check customers' satisfaction and attend to requests for additional services, such as ordering dessert or taking extra orders.  Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.  Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining areas.  Assist in maintaining an inventory of supplies and equipment.  Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.  Carry out other tasks as instructed by the F&B Team Leader.
