Waitress / Waiter

Greet customers and hand out menus.Taking orders/bookings.Serving food and drinks.Setting up service areas/tables.Cleaning tables.Stocking service area.Handling billing and payments.Ensure the guest feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all the times.Serve customers in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.You will also be responsible to run the drinks preparation section of the kitchen.Ensuring the food order is made correctly by Kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.Handling guests requests.Answering phone calls.Ensures that the workplace remains safe, clean and tidy.Keep tables clean and tidy at all the times.Dealing with guest complaints.Maintains standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.You may also be assigned other administrative and/or operational duties from time to time by the Management.
