Warehouse Admin (4 Days Work)

-Manage warehouse administrative operations, including answering incoming calls and communicate with various service providers


-Coordinate container receiving and bay allocations


-Attend to pick up from delivery partners and coordinate with internal warehouse team for handover


-Maintain tidy handover manifest documents and retrieve upon request


-Attend to visitors and guest with given SOP


-Communicate with China HQ for smooth operation


-Other warehouse admin activities assigned by superior

; Requirements:-  



-Candidate must hold at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Business, Management, Human Resource or equivalent.


-At least 2 years working experience in admin related position.


-High discipline to follow SOP.


-Outstanding coordination and reporting skills.


-Speak fluent English. Chinese speaker is highly preferred.


-Ability to work under fast paced environment and meet deadline
