Responsibilities:
Responsible for formulating and optimizing the process of the inventory products (Spare Parts, Samples).
Responsible for the management of the inventory products.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently.
Assist with the loading and unloading of goods when required.
Respond to customer or internal inquiries related to stock and delivery.
Assist in general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Managing the reception duties by handling screening all phone calls.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks when assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
Diploma or above degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Malay & English.
Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Presentable with good communication skills.
