Warehouse Admin

**Inventory Management**:- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.- Conduct regular checking to reconcile physical stock with system records.- Assist in regular stock taking.- Monitor stock levels and generate reports to facilitate timely replenishment.- **Order Processing**:- Receive and process incoming online orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Collaborate with the ecommerce & customer service to fulfill customer orders.- Prepare and verify shipping documentation for outbound orders.- **Communication and Coordination**:- Act as a liaison between warehouse staff, management, and other departments.- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics.- Provide timely updates on order status and inventory levels.- **Data Entry and Documentation**:- Enter data accurately into the warehouse management system (WMS).- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of shipments, receipts, and inventory.- Generate reports for management to analyze warehouse performance.- **Safety Compliance**:- Assist in enforcing safety regulations and guidelines within the warehouse.- Conduct regular safety inspections and report any potential hazards.- Collaborate with the safety officer to implement necessary improvements.- **Problem Resolution**:- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or orders.- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and prevent recurring problems.**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
