This includes receiving and recording incoming stock, processing returns, and conducting inventory checks.
Documenting the movement of each product in and out of inventory and generating inventory reports.
These reports include inventory levels, turnover rates, expired products to aid decision-making.
Implementing and managing SAP software to streamline warehouse operations.
This involves setting up the system to track inventory levels in real-time, manage order fulfillment processes, and generate performance reports for operational analysis.
Coordinate and oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Ensure that all outgoing shipments are correctly labeled, documented, and meet customer requirements.
Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all incoming and outgoing goods meet the company's standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing returns or complaints.
Collaborating closely with procurement, sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure inventory management aligns with the company's overall business processes.
Ensuring the warehouse is clean and safe, including regular cleaning, maintaining equipment and tools, and adhering to safety standards.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
