Location : SenaiWorking Hour: 8:15am-6:00pm (Monday-Friday)**Requirements**:- Minimum education: SPM or Diploma- Have experience in related field is a plus.- Computer skills- Able to communicate in BM and English- Fresh graduate is eligible to applyResponsibility:- Answer incoming customer calls- Manage billing issues, product problems, service question and general client concerns.- Filing document and receipt payment.- Escalate any warehouse operation issues to superior.- Order and stock supplies, including maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse.- Process stock return and ensure physical returned quantity is accurate.- Check driver's daily delivery summary.- Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.**Benefits**:- EPF/ SOCSO/ EIS- Yearly salary review and bonus- Annual company trip for loyal employees- Bonus- Overtime allowance- Training provided.**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
