Warehouse and Equipment Maintenance AssistantMain duty is to ensure regular maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure they are ready for delivery.Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness within the workshop and warehouse.Perform regular maintenance for equipment, batteries, and chargers.Ensure batteries are regularly charged, topped-up, and tested as required.Support in performing cleaning and in-house painting for equipment.Maintain high standard of housekeeping, performing 5S for the workshop/warehouse.Follow and enforce workshop rules and regulations to ensure a high standard of health, safety, and environmental cleanliness within the workshop and warehouse.Support in communicating and coordinating warehouse and workshop facility issues and any rectification work.Ensure equipment is functioning and made ready for delivery.Carry out the loading & unloading of equipment from lorries or racking.Conduct incoming and outgoing equipment visual transport checks (JurCheck inspection completion).Ensure equipment in the warehouse is stored in a tidy manner.Support stock-taking activities.Document and record keeping for all related activities.Assist in equipment inspections (GG check support).Update equipment information and locations.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.RequirementsCertificate / Diploma holder in Technical / Logistics or equivalent.At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in automotive/manufacturing administration/co-ordination/warehouse position.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Equipment and warehouse maintenance knowledge.Painting skill: knowledge of using buffing and painting tools to touch up and paint.GDL Driving License (Added advantage).Basic technical knowledge (Added advantage).Personal SkillsAble to work as a team.Self-discipline and punctuality.Good time management.Self-motivated.#J-18808-Ljbffr
