Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual to enhance our product display and inventory management while building strong relationships with clients. This role involves hands-on engagement in sales analysis, replenishment, and collaboration across various teams to drive customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities: Product Display & Presentation:
- Develop and implement visually appealing product displays according to company guidelines.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels.?Conduct regular stock checks and manage product rotation. Replenishment:
- Visit clients' places to restock the veggies/herbs/flowers/microgreens.
Promotional Activities:
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and in-store activities to drive customer engagement and sales.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with chefs, sales teams, and marketing departments to align merchandising efforts with overall business goals.
Postharvest:
- Preparing other orders and also conducting routine quality assessments.
Requirements: Relevant experience is an advantage.Fluency in Malay and English is essential.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills (e.g., planning schedules, quality control checks).Must be able to drive long distances and own a vehicle (car).Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.Build good relationships with clients, track feedback and report to HQ.Collaborative with the Logistics team for smooth delivery and route planning.Assist with unloading canisters from the cold truck to expedite preparation at client hotels.

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Days: 5.5 days per week
