Position Purpose:
To ensure all the Inbound and Returns administration jobs are carried out daily in a timely manner to maintain smooth operational flow.
Job Responsibilities:
Work and communicate closely with Supply Logistics or Demand Planning Department and our Import Department to coordinate all inbound shipments.
Work and communicate closely with Customer Care Team to coordinate on all return shipments.
Closely monitor and track all incoming and return shipments, updating the respective person in charge and providing weekly reports of shipment status and other inbound KPIs.
Ensure proper documentation is available for all inbound and return shipments.
Ensure proper documentation filing for easy retrieval.
Responsible for ensuring all inbound and return shipments are entered into the system in a timely manner within the KPI lead time.
Responsible for data entry of incoming and return shipments.
Willing to do Over Time (OT) when necessary.
Monitor and track KPIs.
Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the Superior as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in warehouse operations role.
Knowledge of warehouse operations.
Knowledge in SAP System is a must.
Proficiency in computer software, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Self-driven, dynamic, and eager to learn.
Experience with Good Warehouse Practices.
Excellent communication, process management, and supervision skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
