WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER Job Description: Manage, schedule and supervise the executive, admin and storekeeperMonitor and manage the inventory controlImprove existing work procedures and practicesMaintain the condition of warehouse and advise manager on space availabilityPrepare and check documentation incoming goodsEnsure item & quantity received are accurateDo stock adjustment, build up and stock transferStock check Inform manager of any stock issues (eg. missing, extra & etc.)Arrange the finished goods placed at appropriate storage areasUpdate stock card for packaging materialDealing and communication with inter departmentAny other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management. Qualifications: Experience in automotive / manufacturing industry are encouraged to applyFamiliar in materials and warehouse planningTo possess at least Diploma certification in any field or 4 years working experience in related fieldKnowledge of Autocount software is an advantageGood knowledge in Ms Office (Words & Excel)Good problem solving, communication skills and positive attitudeAble to speak in English and Bahasa MalaysiaCandidate must have the ability of performing process mapping, understand input and output responses and hands-on to perform basic troubleshooting.Good team player with strong willingness to learn, work under pressure and result oriented.
