Job Title : Warehouse Assistant ManagerLocation: Sungai BulohSalary Range: RM6000-RM8000Industry: Glass Manufacturer**Responsibilities**:- Ensure efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations and inventory management.- Coordinate with Planning, Shipping and Sales team on stock requirements anddelivery schedules.- Manage in-coming glass from production both Finished Goods and Semi-FinishedGoods, and outgoing goods for delivery to customers.- Implement logistic plans and management to ensure quality delivery to meetcustomers' requirements.- Implement packaging plan and management to ensure delivery on time with correctpart and quantity to meet customer requirements without any failure.- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of stock inventory.- Manage the movement of products in and out the factory in accordance withorganisational policy and procedure.- Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends, results and providerecommendations relating to logistics activities.- Implement effective warehouse management to strengthen warehouse condition,arrangement, visualisation and space usage.- To develop and implement operational plans and programmes and assist in manpowersystem or network planning with the objective of ensuring service and operationexcellence.- Ensuring that customer request are being supported as best they can base onavailable capacity & priority call.- To develop and execute inventory management processes including stock level setup,analysis and reporting.- Track monthly projection for inventory levels and performance of stock accuracy.- Interface with Lead Logistic Provider (3PL) to ensure meeting company operationalobjectives.- Support Global Function to reduce operational cost through SCOP activities.- Support and coordinate Packaging proposal for NMI or existing customer in preparingpackaging sheet.- Ensure system effectiveness towards inventory accuracy and on-time transaction.- Ensure inventory level is always within the standard set by top management andactively participate in inventory reduction activities.**Requirements**:Supply Chain / Logistics field or Computer Science related or equivalent- Required skill(s): analytical analysis, able to work independently, problem solvingskills, good interpersonal skills, dynamic, energetic and resourceful team player.- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in Manufacturing or Production orequivalent.- applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Buloh, Selangor**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you comfortable working in a hot & noisy environment ?- Are you willing to relocate to Sg Buloh ?
