Warehouse Assistant - Singapore Based

**Key Responsibilities**- Receive, unpack, and check all incoming shipments. Conduct simple quality inspection and register inbound entry to system- Pick and pack inventory for outgoing shipments against delivery orders and any other related documentation. Register outbound entry to system.- Report and notify order processing team for all discrepancies in incoming or outgoing shipments.- Coordinate with transporter- Perform housekeeping duties to ensure our warehouse is kept tidy and clean- Manage monthly stock-taking- Perform any other ad-hoc warehouse duties that may be assigned- Able to generate simple day to day reports of inbound and outbound items- Plan and execute a filling system**Minimum Qualifications**- At least 1-2 years working experience in warehouse operations- Has initiative and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities- Good working attitude, team player and discipline to follow procedures- Good working attitude, team player and discipline to follow procedures- Able to start within short notice would be advantageous**Please be informed that the workplace will be in Singapore hence the salary is within Singapore range.****Salary**: From RM7,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- Night shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Fully vaccinatedAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Warehouse: 1 year (required)
