Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the Warehouse workers, receive goods delivered to the warehouse for storage.
Unload the merchandise from the trucks and check to ensure that they match with the delivery documents such as the Delivery Note.
Verify that the goods are intact and report any defects.
Prepare Tally Sheet together with DN & pass it to CS to update in the system.
Arrange for Picking when orders are received & Deliver as per Delivery Order.
Follow-up warehouse workers operate under the supervision of a manager or team leader and are primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, taking inventory, keeping records, and organizing for the shipping of merchandise stored in the warehouse.
Operate automated equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks.
Sort the deliveries and group the same type of products together to facilitate record keeping and filling of orders.
Count and record the number of stock items upon receipt and release of merchandise.
Maintain records of damage to stock and disposal of defective goods.
Take responsibility for the safety of self and others at all times.
Eliminate accidents, injuries & hazards at all times.
Multi-task as needed.
Qualifications:Diploma or equivalent certificates in a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in warehouse operations (typically 1-3 years).
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Able to work staggered hours.
