Warehouse Clerk

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Clerk to be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support warehouse operations.**Responsibilities**:- Performs all tasks within the scope of all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to the job function- Ensure that company policies and procedures are respected- Communicate with Executive for inbound/outbound shipment arrangement- Processing customer orders and ensuring all orders are fulfil and complete in a timely manner.- Performing data entry and maintaining relevant records- Update record of stock in WMS- Performing other administrative tasks which include documentation, filing, coordinating, answering phone calls and follow up pending matters.- Preparing CIPL, pre-custom declaration and monitor declaration are executed smoothly and update progress to Executive/Customer promptly- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inbound/outbound and VAS activity report for billing purpose.- Arrange to purchase stationeries, pallet, shrink-wrap & other warehouse material.- Prepare billing to customer upon job completion**Qualification and Experience**:- At least One (1) year of working experience in a related field is required for this position.- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, fast learner, dynamic and good attendance.- Basic understanding of good customer service.- Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills.**Job Type**: PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 06/01/2024
