Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary: Warehouse Personnel are responsible for the overall inventory management, movement, and storage of goods within the warehouse. They ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately processed, stored, and delivered to the correct locations. The role also involves maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments. Label and store goods in designated areas. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies. Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory records. Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to delivery schedules. Coordinate with the logistics team for the timely dispatch of goods. Ensure accuracy in order processing to minimize errors and returns. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Arrange goods in an orderly manner to maximize space and efficiency. Implement and adhere to warehouse safety protocols. Documentation and Reporting: Accurately complete all necessary documentation for receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Keep records of all stock movements and update the warehouse management system. Report any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Manager. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues. Ensure that all safety equipment is in good working order.
