WAREHOUSE CUM LABELLING EXECUTIVE (BASED GENTING HIGHLANDS)Responsible for the overall warehouse and labeling department day to day operations by planning, organizing, and managing the ERP systems activities to ensure compliance with company's SOP.
To ensure that all facilities are properly maintained & reviewed from time to time to provide full support to the warehouse and labeling operations.
To ensure basic warehouse rules are strictly followed such as FEFO, receiving/delivering SOP, cycle count, and all safety practices.
Monitor and control incoming and outgoing delivery, especially to Key Accounts, to ensure customer service level (CSL) is met.
Monitor and control third party transporters to ensure adherence to company's SOP & review their performance periodically.
Monitor & review stock holding levels to ensure turnaround time is adequate for stock efficiency for Genting Highlands and Cameron Highlands warehouses.
Ensure that security, safety, and cleanliness of the warehouse comply with legal requirements and strictly adhere to company's SOP and guidelines.
Analyze & review monthly stock reports such as stock turnover, stock write-off, stock returned, stock adjustment, variance report, or prepare any ad-hoc reports as required by Management.
Packaging of loose sale orders.
Assist in internal, external audits and physical stock takes.
In charge of the labeling department and allocate KPIs for workers.
Familiar with ERP System for warehousing department for data entry, stock transfer & stock adjustment.
Prepare reports on shortages and rejects to the Purchasing department and COO.
Delegate tasks as appropriate to other team members.
And any other tasks assigned to you from time to time.
