Warehouse Cum Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the general operations of warehouse and production.
Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area.
Supervise, train, and monitor subordinates directly or indirectly and ensure their performance is adequate.
Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
