Job Description:We are seeking a talented Warehouse Executive (Fresh Graduate) that is familiar with Solar, Manufacturing & Semiconductor industries best practices. The ideal candidate will lead the warehouse and logistics operational teams involving receiving, warehousing management, inventory management, finished goods inventory, and picking, packing and shipping.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for formulating and improving relevant warehouse systems, work processes, and other related program documents.
Responsible for establishing and optimizing the communication mechanism of upstream and downstream businesses to meet customer needs.
Responsible for the formulation of the department's work plan and supervise the implementation.
Responsible for the operation and management of the warehousing team, including the normal operation of receiving, shelving, batching, delivery, return and other operations.
Organize warehouse inventory regularly, analyze data results, and propose improvement plans.
Ensure production capacity and per capita production efficiency, and properly deal with various sudden situations.
Responsible for the 5S management of the warehouse area and the verification and reporting of abnormal conditions.
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse operations and handling equipment, formulate relevant equipment safety operation procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
Organize and implement employee training programs to improve employee operational skills and professionalism.
Organize daily meetings, summarize problems, propose solutions, and confirm the implementation of the plan.
Organize and implement the department employee appraisal according to the department's business objectives.
Complete organizational goals and other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job Requirements:
A College degree or above in Logistics / Warehouse / Business Administration.
Relevant experience is better.
Adequate computer skills and literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
