Primary Function: Assist the Supply Chain Manager on overseeing and supporting the financial goals of the company by ensuring effectiveness of warehousing activities. Key Duties: Strategically manage warehouse activities Receive materials supplied by vendor and verify the materials are in order Arrange location for storing of materials and finished goods Allocate materials for production according to materials/goods requisition form Perform stock checking and ensure records of stock balance is accurate Avoid over stocking of materials and finished goods and at the same time maintain warehouse effectiveness Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce Cooperate with related department to ensure prompt and on-time delivery Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse Examining the quality of materials and goods received and to identify any defects Prepare monthly warehouse reports Presenting warehousing issues and results to the Management Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements Organizational Knowledge: Good understanding and knowledge of Warehousing Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to demonstrate positive engagement when dealing with all levels of employees and management to deliver effective and efficient results Able to advice management in appropriate resolution of warehousing issue Able to lead and develop the team with hands-on leadership capabilities and to guide others in the continuity of leadership skills and development of succession planning Able to understand all mandatory requirements of ISO9001:2015 and able to perform internal audit Knowledge on handling and requirements of company products and services Risk identification and management skills Qualification & Working Experience Requirement
