Warehouse Executive

**Requirements**- Posses 1-2 years of experience in the related field.- Familiar with warehouse management systems and Microsoft office.- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.- Problem-solving abilities include analysing complex situations, identifying issues or challenges and developing practical and effective solutions.- Leadership capabilities such as providing direction, making decisions, delegating tasks and fostering a positive work environment.- Safety and security awareness by being mindful of safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe and secure work environment.- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.**Responsibility**- Supervising the loading and unloading of shipments, managing daily warehouse activities, and creating schedules for shipments.- Monitor inventory levels and arrange transportation or shipments when inventory levels are too low or high.- Implementing security measures and safety protocols to comply with government standards for warehouse safety.- Inspecting materials and goods for defects and verifying quantities.- Managing teams and personnel, scheduling staff, conducting training, and fostering teamwork.- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilise reports to project warehouse status.- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practice.- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.- Keep the warehouse and other areas tidy and clean.Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Skudai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Warehouse management system: 1 year (required)
