Warehouse Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES: -To plan and ensure warehouse operations smoothly.-Ensure the safe and correct receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.-Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.-Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.-To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations incoming and outgoing system through visual physical inspection, computerization and administration and retrieval systems.(ERP System)-To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse finished goods or non-finished goods products identification such as FIFO control, inventory, location by implementing daily stock count-To implement 5S activities - safety and health, cleanliness, and security requirements are met in the warehouse at all times-Liaised with the sales, production, shipping / Purchasing and QA/QC department on all issues pertaining to the processing of sales orders, packing, food safety and quality and to ensure on time lorry/tanker/container delivery to customer.-Having skills in forklift driving including forklift maintenance and recording is an advantage.-Responsible in preparation of weekly report, monthly report and management report. -Possess certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics.-Minimum 3 years of work experience in manufacturing industry.-Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.-Able to work independently and work under pressure.-Must be proactive and resourceful.-Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.-Able to perform shift work.
