Job Responsibilities:Manage and train warehouse assistants in handling goods in/out, storage and stocks recording.
Check to ensure all goods from vendors tally with their Delivery Order and Purchase Order from the purchasing department.
Alert the purchasing department for any goods pending from vendors based on the delivery date mentioned in the Purchase Order.
Based on the production schedule, ensure all materials/hardware/accessories are well prepared and QC before delivery to production.
Ensure all finished goods received from production are packed and labelled in good condition.
Monitor the finished goods weighting process before shipment to prevent container overweight.
Check the Loading Plan prior to delivery to ensure all finished goods will be completely and safely loaded to the container/truck based on the Sales Order provided by the sales department.
Ensure all finished goods are ready before loading based on the shipping/delivery schedule.
Monitor the loading process to ensure all goods are loaded according to the loading plan and in good condition.
Plan and coordinate warehouse spaces for effective and efficient storage management.
Real-time and precise stock cards update for audit purposes.
Exercise 5S management in the working area.
Responsible for the safety and security of the store.
Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Possess a Degree/Diploma in Warehouse/Logistics Management or any related business studies, or 3 years of working experience in warehouse/logistics management.
Good in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work as a team with a good attitude towards supervision.
High responsibility, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
