Warehouse Executive

JobSummary: Warehouse Personnel are responsiblefor the overall inventory management, movement, and storage ofgoods within the warehouse. They ensure that all incoming andoutgoing shipments are accurately processed, stored, and deliveredto the correct locations. The role also involves maintaining thecleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
KeyResponsibilities: InventoryManagement:Receive, inspect, andverify all incoming shipments.Label and storegoods in designated areas.Monitor inventorylevels and report discrepancies.Conductregular stock counts and update inventoryrecords.OrderFulfilment:Pick, pack, andprepare orders for shipment according to deliveryschedules.Coordinate with the logistics teamfor the timely dispatch of goods.Ensureaccuracy in order processing to minimize errors andreturns.WarehouseOrganization:Maintain a clean,organized, and safe workingenvironment.Arrange goods in an orderly mannerto maximize space and efficiency.Implement andadhere to warehouse safetyprotocols.Documentationand Reporting:Accuratelycomplete all necessary documentation for receiving, storing, andshipping goods.Keep records of all stockmovements and update the warehouse managementsystem.Report any discrepancies or issues tothe WarehouseManager.Coordinationand Communication:Collaboratewith other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and logistics,to ensure smooth operations.Communicateeffectively with team members and supervisors to address any issuesorconcerns.Maintenance:Performroutine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report anyissues.Ensure that all safety equipment is ingood workingorder.
