Warehouse Executive

Job responsibilities: Managing warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision/mission. Overseeing the receipt, storage and distribution of warehouse (internal & External) inventory & maintenance operations.  Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.  Creating and implementing inventory management systems, processes and procedures.  Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, stock accuracy and FEFO stocks. Handling ordering processing, delivery and coordinating with sales teams.  Supervising employees and overseeing warehouse staffs. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns.  Prepare annual budget. Ensuring that the packaging of finished products is free from contamination, intact and only approved lots are being loaded into the containers. Job Requirements Diploma / Degree in any related field preferrable in Logistics Management or equivalent Minimum 3 years working experience in related industry. Preferably specializing in Logistics/Warehouse/Shipping/Store.
