Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:
To plan and ensure warehouse operations smoothly.
Ensure the safe and correct receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations incoming and outgoing system through visual physical inspection, computerization and administration and retrieval systems.(ERP System)
To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse finished goods or non-finished goods products identification such as FIFO control, inventory, location by implementing daily stock count
To implement 5S activities - safety and health, cleanliness, and security requirements are met in the warehouse at all times
Liaised with the sales, production, shipping / Purchasing & QA/QC department on all issues pertaining to the processing of sales orders, packing, food safety & quality and to ensure on time lorry/tanker/container delivery to customer.
Having skills in forklift driving including forklift maintenance & recording is an advantage.
Responsible in preparation of weekly report, monthly report and management report.
Job RequirementsPossess certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and work under pressure.
Must be proactive and resourceful.
Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
Able to perform shift work.
