Job Responsibilities:
Plan and ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
Ensure the safe and correct receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
Identify areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
Manage and implement smooth warehouse operations for incoming and outgoing systems through visual physical inspection, computerization, and administration and retrieval systems (ERP System).
Implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse finished goods or non-finished goods products identification, such as FIFO control, inventory, and location by conducting daily stock counts.
Implement 5S activities to ensure safety and health, cleanliness, and security requirements are met in the warehouse at all times.
Liaise with sales, production, shipping/purchasing, and QA/QC departments on all issues pertaining to the processing of sales orders, packing, food safety & quality, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Forklift driving skills, including maintenance and recording, are an advantage.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and management reports.
Requirements:
Possess a certificate, diploma, or degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or Logistics.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Must be proactive and resourceful.
Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
Able to perform shift work.
