????:- 1) Ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored ????????
Keeping the accuracy of inventory records/stock cards ???????? Following with warehouse documented policies and procedures ???????? Practicing with the FIFO method ?????????? Determining the inventory policies for slow-moving items ?????? Practicing occupational safety and health procedures & 5S management ???5S?? Liaising with our external officer (China) for related matters ??????????? 2)Responsible for shipment matters ??????
Preparing pallets listing ?????? Ensuring accuracy of shipment deliveries ???????? 3) Handling and solving warehouse issues in face of exceptional situations such as below: ??????/??????
Layout/space utilization issues ???????? Manpower or workers issues ???????? Daily operations issues ???????? Inventory issues ???????? Warehouse accounting and control issues ?????? Receiving material issues ???????? 4) Handling warehouse accounting ????
In-house material picking/return items/inventory billing matters ??????/??/???????? Preparing inventory to take out a related listing ??????? Inventory filing related matters ?????? 5) Other works arranged by manager or superior ???????????
??????:  Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/ SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U, any field; ?????????? Minimum 1 year(s) relevant working experience in the warehouse will be an advantage; ??????????????? Fresh graduate is welcome to apply; ????????
