Warehouse Executive - Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru

_**Job responsibilities:- **_- To monitor and control warehouse operation team/attendance/safely.- To update daily reporting and report to immediate manager.- To update and communicate with customer on operation matters and warehouse vendors.- To manage the warehouse service provider service quality.- To maintain general facility cleaning and overall cleanliness.- To ensure operation adhere to customer requirements.- To manage and process order in Warehouse Management System (WMS)- Prepare picking plan and print out picking/checking list. Segregate picking by region/requirement/type.- Process picking closing of orders in system.- Liasing between customer and transporter regarding anything about order delivery (RDD/status/issue) add hoc.- Updating internal transporter collection report daily and generate accrual on monthly basis.- To initiative improvement in operation and to maintain operation cost at minimum.- **Job requirement:- **_- Diploma/Degree or equivalent.- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar capacity in warehousing and distribution.- Computer literate.- Can start work immediately will be an advantage.- Planning, organizing, delegation and nalytical skills.- Strong negotiation skills, influential and persuasive.- Willing to work at Pasir Gudng, Johor Bahru.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift
